摘要
地方应用型本科院校是高等教育服务国家创新驱动发展战略的重要力量,具有开展创新创业教育的客观条件和资源支持。在当前经济结构和社会结构快速转型的时代背景下,地方应用型本科院校的创新创业教育成效与社会对人才需求的标准转变存在一定差距,存在教育理念相对滞后、功能定位不够清晰、平台建设短板突出等现实困境。求索突破困境的策略,地方应用型本科院校应以应用型创新创业人才培养为“一体”,实现专业教育与创新创业教育“两翼”协同耦合发展,并积极打造以提供创新创业保障为主的师生服务平台、以课堂教学和科学研究为主的教学科研平台、以创业项目孵化、创业实践开展和举办创新创业赛事为主的综合实践平台,长效施策,多管齐下,将创新创业教育渗透到人才培养的全过程,为社会输送时代所需的创新创业型人才。
Application-oriented Universities are the significant force of higher education in serving the national strategy for innovation-driven development,which have the objective conditions and resources to support the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.In the current context of rapid transformation of economic and social structures,there is a gap between innovation and entrepreneurship education in local application-oriented universities and the updating standards of society’s demand for talents.Some practical predicament,such as relatively lagging educational concepts,unclear functional positioning and shortcomings in platform construction,are exist in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education.To address these issues,local application-oriented universities should focus on the cultivation of practical innovative and entrepreneurial talents,realize the coupling development of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and actively build a service platform for teachers and students that mainly provides guarantee for innovation and entrepreneurship,a teaching and research platform based on classroom teaching and scientific research,and a comprehensive practice platform for incubation of entrepreneurial projects,entrepreneurial practice and innovation and entrepreneurship contests.Long-term measures and multi-pronged approach should be adopted to penetrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent cultivation and deliver innovative and entrepreneurial talents needed by the society in the era.
