硬岩巷开拓掘进支护优化及机械配套研究

摘要 为解决硬岩巷掘进巷道支护工程量大、效率低下所导致的巷道掘进效率低下的问题,在对良庄煤矿水平大巷道地质条件分析的基础上,基于FLAC3D软件对不同掘进巷道支护方案的支护效果进行对比,提出了可缩短支护时间的支护方案。而后,结合硬岩巷道的实际情况为其配套高效、安全的掘进设备和辅助设备,为实现良庄煤矿水平大巷道的快速掘进奠定基础。 In order to solve the problem of inefficient roadway ex cavation caused by the large volume and low efficiency of hard rock roadway excavation roadway support,based on the analysis of the geological conditions of the horizontal large roadway of Liangzhuang coal mine,the support effect of different excavation roadway support schemes is compared based on FLAC3D,and the support scheme that can shorten the support time is proposed.After that,the actual situation of hard rock roadway is combined with efficient and safe tunneling equipment and auxiliary equipment to lay the foundation for the rapid tunneling of horizontal roadway in Liangzhuang coal mine.
