摘要
针对矿井原煤运输系统中带式输送机在高负载、长时间不间断运输等因素影响下存在驱动装置故障发生率高的问题,结合矿井煤炭运输需要提出CTS+减速器+电机、变频器+永磁电机、变频永磁直驱系统三种驱动系统改造方案并综合比对,最终确定采用变频永磁直驱系统作为驱动方案并进行实施。经现场应用后表明,带式输送机运输系统工作效率及可靠性等均得到提升,取得较好的应用效果。
Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of belt conveyor in mine raw coal transportation system under the influence of factors such as high load and long time uninterrupted transportation,three kinds of drive system renovation solutions are proposed and compared with CTS+reducer+motor,inverter+reducer+permanent magnet motor and inverter-permanent magnet direct drive system,and the final decision is to use inverter-permanent magnet direct drive system as the The final decision is to use the direct drive system as the drive solution and implement it.After the field application,the efficiency and reliability of belt conveyor transportation system are improved,and the application effect is good.
