摘要
针对永安煤矿11404工作面这种典型的高应力软岩巷道,在巷道掘进及工作面回采过程中,易出现顶沉、底鼓、帮鼓、巷道变形等现象导致巷道支护及后期维护困难这一情况,对11404工作面低强度支护和高强度支护两个阶段分别进行了支护技术的优化改进研究。结果表明,实践效果理想,采用改进后的技术较好地解决了矿井高应力软岩巷道支护的难题。
For the typical high stress soft rock roadway like 11404 working face of Yongan coal mine,in the process of roadway boring and working face retrieval,the phenomenon of top sinking,bottom drum,gang drum,roadway deformation,etc.,roadway support and later maintenance difficulties,the 11404 working face was divided into two stages,i.e.low strength support and high strength support,respectively,the optimization of support technology improvement research,the practice effect is ideal,better solve the problem of high stress soft rock roadway support in the mine.
