摘要
由于煤矿井下作业环境恶劣,在复杂工况下掘进机的截割质量差、工作强度高、截割效率低,易发生各类故障,影响矿井的正常生产秩序。因此,以EBZ型掘进机的截割装置为研究对象,具体分析掘进机生产过程中常出现的I/O故障、电机故障、传感器故障以及通信故障,并提出针对性的解决措施,确保矿用掘进机安全可靠运行。
The electrical control system of EBZ type roadheader is the research object,specifically analyzing the I/O failure,motor failure,sensor failure and communication failure that often occur in the production process of roadheader,and proposing targeted solutions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mining roadheader.
