摘要
针对煤矿无极绳绞车运行过程中因存在的急停急启及加减速而无法实现精准控制的问题,基于变频器调速控制技术设计了煤矿无极绳绞车速度控制系统,并对优化升级后的控制系统进行检验。结果表明,经变频改造后实现对绞车电机速度的精准控制,避免速度递减过快导致运行轨道突变对设备造成冲击,可有效提升无极绳绞车运行的可靠性。
In view of the problems existing in the operation of coal mine induction rope winch,especially the problem of emergency stop and start and acceleration and deceleration cannot be accurately controlled,the speed control system of coal mine induction rope winch is designed based on frequency converter speed control technology,and the optimized and upgraded control system is tested.The test results show that the speed control of the winch motor is realized after the frequency conversion,avoiding the speed and the impact of the sudden change of the running track on the equipment,which can effectively improve the reliability of the induction rope winch operation.
