摘要
针对带式输送机可能出现的皮带无运输材料、皮带有偏差、皮带上有异物、人离皮带太近等异常情况,基于计算机视觉技术构建一整套煤输送带监控系统,并在此基础上提出了一种基于局部像素差判断输送带运行停机的方法,供参考。
For the possible abnormal conditions of belt conveyor such as no transported material,belt deviation,foreign objects on the belt,and people too close to the belt,a whole set of coal conveyor belt monitoring system is constructed based on computer vision technology,and a method of judging belt operation stoppage based on local pixel difference is proposed for reference.
