摘要
目的:分析某校临床医学学生的临床基本技能考试成绩,了解基本技能水平,为教学改革提供参考。方法:分析考试难度系数、区分度,采用t检验、F检验评价各站点和各考试类型成绩。结果:难度系数高于0.8,区分度小于0.2;2017年平均成绩高于2016年;第一、二站成绩差异无统计意义,第四站高于第三站,第五站高于第六站;基本操作成绩最高,其次为病史采集,体格检查最低。结论:学生临床基本技能掌握较好,不同类型站点掌握水平不同,可采取针对性教学模式等改革手段,促进学生能力的提高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical basic skill examination scores in a medical school,discuss the ability of clinical medical students,and provide reference for teaching reform.Methods:We analyzed the test difficulty coefficient(P)and the discrimination degree(D),then used the t test and F test to evaluate the scores of different sites of the same test type and each test type site.Results:For the test,P is over 0.8,and D is less than 0.2.The average score in 2017 is higher than that in 2016.As for site scores,there is no significant difference between Site 1 and Site 2,Site 4 is higher than Site 3,and Site 5 is higher than Site 6.The basic operation has the highest average score,followed by the medical history collection,at last the physical examination.Conclusion:The basic clinical skills are well mastered,with differences in types or sites.It is possible to adopt reforms like targeted teaching models to improve student abilities.
