沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的治疗效果 被引量:18

Therapeutic Effect of Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的探讨沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月收治的AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭119例,根据治疗方法分为对照组62例和观察组57例,对照组给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,观察组在对照组基础上联合沙丁醇胺雾化吸入治疗。比较2组临床效果、动脉血气指标、气道功能指标、肺功能指标及治疗安全性。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压、气道阻力、比气道阻力较对照组下降,动脉血氧分压、比气道传导率及用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC、氧合指数较对照组升高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对AECOPD患者予以布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁醇胺雾化吸入治疗安全性高、效果确切,且可改善患者气道功能及肺功能。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 119 patients with AECOPD complicated with respiratory failure who were treated from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=62)and the observation group(n=57)according to the treatment method.The control group was given Budesonide Suspension Aerosol Inhalation.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was supplemented with Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol.The clinical effects,arterial blood gas indexes,airway function indexes,pulmonary function indexes and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood,airway resistance(RAW)and specific airway resistance(sRAW)were lower,while the partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood,specific airway conductance(sGAW),the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC and oxygenation index in the two groups were all higher,as compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of AECOPD patients with Budesonide Suspension combined with Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol is safe and effective,and can improve the airway function and lung function of patients.
