摘要
目的分析跌打七厘片联合经皮微创空心螺钉内固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月本院踝关节骨折87例,据治疗方式的不同分为联合组48例(予跌打七厘片联合经皮微创空心螺钉内固定治疗)和对照组39例(予经皮微创空心螺钉内固定治疗)。比较2组治疗前后炎性因子、踝关节功能及等速肌力变化,以及临床相关指标差异。结果治疗后2组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α均明显下降,Kofoed、AOFAS评分均明显升高,且联合组上述指标改善程度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后联合组力矩加速能、相对峰力矩值、耐力均明显高于对照组,肿痛消失时间、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论跌打七厘片联合经皮微创空心螺钉内固定治疗可降低踝关节骨折患者炎性因子水平,改善等速肌力及踝关节功能,加速患者康复。
Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of Dieda Qili Tablet combined with percutaneous minimally invasive hollow screw internal fixation in treatment of patients with ankle joint fracture.Methods A total of 87 patients with ankle joint fracture between March 2019 and March 2020 were selected and divided into combination group(treated with Dieda Qili Tablet combined with percutaneous minimally invasive hollow screw internal fixation,n=48)and control group(treated with percutaneous minimally invasive hollow screw internal fixation,n=39)according to different therapeutic methods.Changes of inflammatory factors,ankle joint function and isokinetic muscle strength,as well as the differences of clinical related indexes were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly lower,while scores of Kofoed and AOFAS were significantly higher in two groups;the changes in combination group were significantly greater than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,in combination group,values of torque acceleration energy,relative peak torque value and endurance were significantly higher,while disappearance time of swelling and pain,fracture healing time and complete weight-bearing time were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Dieda Qili Tablet combined with percutaneous minimally invasive hollow screw internal fixation may reduce levels of inflammatory factors,improve isokinetic muscle strength and ankle joint function,and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients with ankle joint fracture.
