摘要
近年来,姜黄素由于其优异的生理活性在医药领域受到广泛关注,但姜黄素水溶性差、代谢迅速、生物利用度低等缺陷影响了其发展应用,因此许多提高姜黄素生物利用度的制剂应运而生。脂质体作为一种优异的负载材料,已被广泛应用于姜黄素的制备。本文对近几年姜黄素脂质体的相关文献进行整理,总结脂质体中姜黄素的分析方法及药物动力学参数等相关数据,对姜黄素脂质体药物动力学研究进行综述,以期为姜黄素脂质体的后续研究提供参考。
In recent years,curcumin has attracted wide attention in the pharmaceutical field due to its excellent physiological activities,but its poor water solubility,rapid metabolism and low bioavailability have affected its development and application,so,many preparations to improve curcumin bioavailability have emerged.Liposomes,as an excellent loading material,have been widely used for the preparation of curcumin.In this paper,we compiled the relevant literature on curcumin liposomes in recent years,summarized the analytical methods and pharmacokinetic parameters of curcumin in liposomes and other related data,reviewed the pharmacokinetic studies on curcumin liposomes,in order to providing references for the subsequent studies on curcumin liposomes.
