摘要
数字教材有着作为教材的基本坚守,又兼具技术产品以及电子出版物的重要特质,这些构成了数字教材评价指标建构的基本依据。据此,从政治思想、内容结构、教学适用、教材呈现、使用效果与配套服务五个维度,建构了数字教材评价的指标体系,指出了数字教材评价的观测要领:构筑科学的数字教材评价主体结构,提升评价规范性与专业化水平;选择恰切的数字教材评价方法与工具,保障评价过程的可靠性;综合考虑评价环节,关注数字教材的开放性及其应用的动态性;科学联合第三方评价,凸显数字教材评价结果的权威性与客观性。
Digital textbooks have the basic adherence to textbooks, as well as the important characteristics of technical products and electronic publications, which constitute the basic basis for the construction of evaluation indicators of digital textbooks. Accordingly, the index system of digital textbook evaluation is constructed from five dimensions: political ideology, content structure, teaching applicability, teaching materials presentation, use effect and supporting services, and it further pointed out the observation essentials of the evaluation of digital teaching textbook: constructing a scientific main structure of digital textbook evaluation to improve the standardization and professional level of evaluation;selecting appropriate digital textbook evaluation methods and tools to ensure the reliability of the evaluation process;comprehensively considering the process of evaluation with focus on the openness of digital textbooks and the dynamics of their applications;scientifically combining the third-party evaluation to highlight the authority and objectivity of the evaluation results of digital textbooks.
