摘要
目的探究药师参与专项处方点评对抗菌药物临床应用合理性的影响,促进抗菌药物的临床合理使用。方法甄选2020年6月~2021年5月采用药师参与专项点评处方3600张,2019年6月~2020年5月,未进行点评的处方3600张。对两组处方的抗菌药物使用情况进行统计、点评、分析。结果在抗菌药物使用率方面,实验组低于常规组,数据有明显差异,有统计学意义。(P<0.05)。抗菌药物使用费用方面,实验组低于常规组,数据有明显差异,有统计学意义。(P<0.05)。在抗菌药物处方合格率方面,实验组高于常规组,数据有明显差异,有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论在临床中抗菌药物应用合理性方面,药师参与专项处方点评,降低患者抗菌药物使用率,从而降低医疗费用,提升患者满意度,值得在临床中推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of pharmacists’participation in special prescription comments on the rationality of the clinical application of antibiotics,and promote the clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS June 2020 selected 3600 prescriptions in May 2020,June 2019-May 2020,3600 prescriptions.The use of antibiotics prescribed in the two groups were counted,reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS In terms of antimicrobial utilization,the data were significantly different and had statistical significance.(P<0.05).In terms of antimicrobial use cost,the experimental group was lower than the conventional group,and the data were significantly different and statistically significant.(P<0.05).Above the conventional group,the data were distinct and statistically significant,(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In the aspect of the application rationality of clinical antibiotics,pharmacists participate in special prescription comments,reduce the utilization rate of antibiotics in patients,thus reducing medical expenses and improving patients’satisfaction,which is worth promoting and use in clinical practice.
