荧光免疫层析技术在毛发样本吗啡检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为有效解决检测时间窗口期偏短、检测灵敏度和准确性不高、血液和尿液等检材采集不够便捷等困扰毒品现场快速检验领域的国际性难题和关键技术,应用荧光免疫层析技术并配合专用的快速分析仪器检测毛发检材中微量吗啡,在检出率不小于90%的前提下,在进样量为80μL时,对浓度为2 ng/mL的吗啡毛发样品进行采样分析,检测限应小于等于0.16 ng/mg,可有效地排除非特异荧光的干扰,极大地提高分析灵敏度和准确度。研究结果表明,此技术符合毒品相关阳性检测临界浓度标准,与以往血液、尿液和唾液等生物检材的快速检测技术相比,具有检测时间窗口期可长达半年、检测灵敏度和准确性更高、毛发检材采集更便捷等优点,是一种可广泛用于阿片类药物及其他毒品的初筛检测的有效方法。论文对荧光免疫层析技术应用于毛发样本中的吗啡检测的相关技术及操作进行介绍,以期为相关毒品检测提供参考。 Short detection time window period,low detection sensitivity and accuracy,and inconvenient collection of blood and urine are the international problems and key technologies in the field of rapid detection of drugs.Fluorescence immunochromatography with the special rapid analytical instrument is a novel detection technique for detection of morphine in hair samples.Under the detection rate is not less than 90%and the injection volume is 80μL,the detection limit of morphine hair samples with concentration of 2 ng/mL should be less than or equal to 0.16 ng/mg.This method can effectively eliminate the interference of non-specific fluorescence and greatly improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the analysis.The results showed that the technique met the critical concentration criteria for drug-related positive test.Compared with the rapid detection technology of blood,urine and saliva and other biological materials,this technology mainly has the detection time window period of up to half a year,higher detection sensitivity and accuracy,and more convenient collection of hair samples.It is an effective method that can be widely used for the initial screening detection of opioids and other drugs.This paper introduced the fluorescence immunochromatography operation in detection of morphine in hair samples for providing the reference in detecting related drugs.
