摘要
目的探析脑梗死患者采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的效果。方法72例脑梗死患者,以双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组施行阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组施行丁苯酞软胶囊与阿托伐他汀钙片联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、治疗效果、治疗前后日常生活能力评分。结果治疗前,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分为(7.41±1.22)分,明显低于对照组的(12.56±1.62)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的日常生活能力评分为(75.73±11.16)分,高于对照组的(56.35±9.47)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者施行丁苯酞软胶囊与阿托伐他汀钙片联合治疗的效果理想,值得临床推行。
Objective To discuss the effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 72 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The neurological deficit scores,therapeutic effects,and activities of daily living scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in neurological deficit score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score of the observation group was(7.41±1.22)points,which was significantly lower than(12.56±1.62)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the activities of daily living scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the activities of daily living scores of the observation group was(75.73±11.16)points,which was higher than(56.35±9.47)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets has ideal effect on patients with cerebral infarction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
