摘要
产学研“三位一体”共生是强化创新改革举措,科学配置各方资源,提高区域创新绩效,推进科技创新和产业进步的基本手段.本文通过分解产学研共生内部结构及共生单元间的对称性互惠共生模式,将产学研协同创新的过程分为研究开发阶段和科技成果转化阶段,结合传统DEA分析法和超效率DEA模型,创建产学研合作共生效率的评价指标体系,对区域产学研共生效率差异性和各地区共生效率相似性进行讨论,结果表明产学研共生水平受主体创新能力、空间差异和共生模式影响,并从多元共生主体的角度提出建议,深化产学研共生.
The"trinity"symbiosis between industry,universities,and research institutes is a basic means to strengthen the measures of innovation and reform,scientifically allocate resources,improve regional innovation performance,and accelerate scientific and technological innovation and industrial progress.By decomposing the internal structure of the symbiosis of production,university,and research,and the symmetric mutualism model among symbiosis units,this paper divided the collaborative innovation process of production,university,and research into the research and development stage and the transformation stage of scientific and technological achievements.Combined with the traditional DEA analysis method and the super-efficiency DEA model,the evaluation index system of the symbiosis efficiency of production,university,and research was established.From the perspective of spatial attributes,the authors discussed the differences of symbiosis efficiency and the similarities of symbiosis efficiency in different regions.The results show that the symbiosis level of production,university,and research is affected by principal innovation ability,spatial difference,and symbiosis mode,and suggestions to deepen the symbiosis of production,education,and research are put forward from the perspective of multi-subject symbiosis.
