摘要
安全管理学的研究从科学层面进一步界定了安全学科体系的研究范畴,对于引导安全学科全面快速发展,具有十分重要的积极作用。本文基于安全管理学的基本定位,构建哲学思维、科学基础、原理理论和方法方式4个层面的体系架构;从规律论、关系论、价值论、本质论、系统论等方面梳理哲学思维;阐述5个基础领域及其主要构成学科以及由此组成的4条基本安全管理公式;提出40多条原理理论的3种分类方式及相关从属结构;论述在3条时序路径下的6个方法方式。研究结果为安全管理学的深入研究奠定坚实的理论基础,得出清晰严谨的宏观整体结构框架。
The study of safety management science further defines the research scope of safety&security discipline system from the scientific level,and plays a very important positive role in guiding the comprehensive and rapid development of safety&security discipline.In this paper,based on the basic positioning of safety management science,a architecture was constructed from four aspects of philosophical thinking,scientific foundation,principle theory,and method.Philosophical thinking was sorted out from aspects of law theory,relationship theory,value theory,essentialism,and system theory.Five fundamental areas and their main constituent disciplines,as well as the four basic safety management formulas consisting of them were summarized.Three classification methods and related subordinate structures of more than 40 principle theories were proposed.Six methods under 3 timing routes were discussed.The study results established a solid theoretical foundation for the in-depth study of safety management science,and a clear and rigorous macro overall structural framework was drawn.
