摘要
目的研究穴位按摩及耳穴埋豆护理干预对脊柱手术后患者尿潴留及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月在江西省吉安市中心人民医院行脊柱手术的患者100例,依据护理干预方法分为中医护理干预组、常规护理干预组,各50例,统计分析2组患者的残余尿量、生活质量、临床疗效、自主排尿时间、尿管留置时间、尿管重置、尿潴留发生情况。结果中医护理干预组患者护理干预后的残余尿量减少幅度、生活质量评分升高幅度均显著高于干预前和常规护理干预组(P<0.05)。中医护理干预组患者的总有效率显著高于常规护理干预组(P<0.05)。中医护理干预组患者的自主排尿时间、尿管留置时间均显著短于常规护理干预组(P<0.05)。中医护理干预组患者的尿管重置、尿潴留发生率均显著低于常规护理干预组(P<0.05)。结论脊柱手术后中医穴位按摩及耳穴埋豆护理干预能够有效降低患者尿潴留发生率,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of acupoint massage and nursing intervention of auricular point embedding on patients’urinary retention and quality of life after spinal surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital underwent spinal surgery from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected.According to the nursing intervention methods,they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention group and conventional nursing intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.Quality of life,clinical efficacy,voluntary urination time,catheter retention time,catheter reset,and occurrence of urinary retention were analyzed.Results The reduction in residual urine volume and the increase in quality of life score of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention group after nursing intervention were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing intervention group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing intervention group(P<0.05).The time of autonomous urination and indwelling catheter in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional nursing intervention group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary catheter reset and urinary retention in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion After spinal surgery,traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage and auricular point embedding nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention and improve the quality of life of patients.
