摘要
国务院提出关于东北老工业基地振兴发展的战略部署,对沈阳地区电网发展提出挑战,同时对记录电网建设的全过程、反映电力企业管理成果的档案管理工作也提出新的要求。沈阳电网档案管理工作存在诸多问题,已经不能适应沈阳电网高速发展需求,唯有精益管理,才能充分发挥引领作用,为沈阳振兴发展提供坚强的电力保障。因此,构建适应东北老工业基地振兴发展战略的电网档案体系势在必行。
The strategic deployment of the State Council on the revitalization and development of the old industrial base in Northeast China poses a challenge to the development of power grid in Shenyang, and also puts forward new requirements for archives management to record the whole process of power grid construction and reflect the management achievements of power enterprises.There are many problems in the archives management of Shenyang power grid, which can not meet the needs of the rapid development of Shenyang power grid. Only lean management can give full play to the leading role and provide strong power guarantee for the revitalization and development of Shenyang. Therefore, it is imperative to build a power grid archives system suitable for the revitalization and development strategy of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
