摘要
被动房是在保持室内高度舒适性的情况下,通过采取改善围护结构热工性能和气密性能等一系列被动式技术措施,最大限度地利用太阳能等可再生能源,减小建筑物对化石能源等不可再生能源的依赖。严密的气密性、阻断热桥、高效保温是被动房施工过程中的关键技术,其中阻断热桥工艺是在夏季高温或冬季低温的环境下,减少室内外能量传递,避免出现冷凝、返潮现象,是建筑节能的重要措施。
Passive building keeps high indoor comfort and adopts a series of passive technical measures,such as improving the thermal performance and airtightness of enclosure structure,etc.,to maximumly utilize solar energy and other renewable sources,and to reduce building’s dependence on unrenewable sources,such as fossil,etc.Airtightness,heat break and effective heat insulation are key techniques usually adopted in passive building construction.Heat break process reduces energy transfer between indoor and outdoor,and avoids condensation and damping at high temperature in summer and low temperature in winter.It is an important measure for building energy-saving.
