摘要 水液压技术具有无污染和良好的动态特性,为了提高液压支架中所使用的换向阀组的性能,提出一种新型水压比例换向阀。对其原理进行分析并建立仿真模型,在斜坡输入信号下,研究了比例阀的稳态控制特性与阀芯的随动特性。分析了流量对阀芯响应特性的影响,确定了在供液条件与外负载不相匹配的情况下,阀芯的响应特性较差,在这种工况下,比例阀依旧能够保持稳定。最后搭建了比例方向阀试验台,分析了空载条件下比例阀阀芯的随动特性,验证了仿真模型的正确性与设计的可行性。 Water hydraulic technology has pollution-free and good dynamic characteristics.In order to solve the many problems in the switch reversing valve group for the support,a new type of proportional reversing valve is proposed.The principle is analyzed and a simulation model is established.Under the ramp input signal,the steady-state control characteristic of the proportional valve and the follow-up characteristic of the spool are studied.The influence of the flow rate on the response characteristics of the spool is analyzed,and it is determined that the response characteristics of the spool are poor when the liquid supply conditions do not match the external load.Under this working condition,the proportional valve can still remain stable.Finally,a proportional directional valve test bench was built to analyze the follow-up characteristics of the proportional valve spool under no-load conditions,and verify the correctness of the simulation model and the feasibility of the design.
