摘要
目的对北枳椇(Hovenia dulcis Thunb.)种子中的化学成分展开研究。方法综合利用多种色谱如硅胶、Sephadex LH-20以及制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,运用多种波谱技术如NMR、MS等进行结构鉴定。结果从北枳椇种子的体积分数65%乙醇提取物中分离到10个化合物,分别鉴定为(+)-南烛木树脂酚(1)、南烛木树脂酚3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、(-)丁香树脂醇(3)、5,7-二羟基香豆素(4)、没食子酸乙酯(5)、Hovenin A(6)、Hovenin B(7)、(+)-圣草酚(8)、根皮素3′,5′二-C-β-D葡萄糖苷(9)和棕榈酸(10)。结论化合物1~5和10为首次从枳椇属植物中分离得到,化合物6、7为首次从北枳椇中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-prepared high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties.Results Ten compounds were isolated and elucidated as(+)-lyoniresionl(1),(+)-lyoniresinol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),(-)Syringaresionl(3),5,7-dihydroxycoumarin(4),ethyl gallate(5),Hovenin A(6),Hovenin B(7),(+)-eriodictyol(8),phloretin 3′,5′-di-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)and palmitic acid(10)from the seeds of H.dulcis.Conclusion Compounds 1-5 and 10 are isolated from genus Hovenia for the first time,and compounds 6,7 are firstly isolated from H.dulcis.
