摘要
以“压力-状态-响应”理论为框架,构建塑料包装的绿色评价指标体系.通过专家问卷调查法和层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,分别采取定性和定量方法对各项指标进行赋值,并构建了综合评分模型,获得综合评分值及其相应的评价结果.研究发现,在压力指标中单位产值综合能耗、碳排放强度权重较高;而状态指标中可降解性能、生态设计权重较高,说明这些指标对塑料包装的绿色程度影响较大.本研究成果可为塑料包装的绿色评价提供一种新的方法.
In this paper,a green evaluation index system for plastic packaging was constructed based on the theoretical framework of the"Pressure-State-Response".On the one hand,through the expert questionnaire method and analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each index was determined,and the qualitative and quantitative methods were adopted respectively to assign the value to each index.On the other hand,a comprehensive scoring model was constructed to obtain the comprehensive scoring value and its corresponding evaluation results.The research results show that the comprehensive energy consumption for output value and carbon emission intensity boast higher weights in the pressure index while the degradable performance and ecological design have higher weights in the state index,which reveal that these indexes have a greater impact on the green degree of plastic packaging.Generally speaking,the research results can provide a new approach for the green evaluation of plastic packaging.
