摘要
肠道是机体内外环境的交汇点,易遭受有害刺激诱发的活性氧自由基的攻击,造成肠细胞中氧化/抗氧化系统失衡,导致肠道炎症等疾病的发生。Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白1(Keap1)/核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)信号通路是细胞抵抗氧化损伤的关键调控途径,它通过产生抗氧化酶和Ⅱ相解毒酶,构筑肠道氧化应激防御系统。本文就Keap1/Nrf2信号通路的级联反应及其在调节肠道抗氧化能力、参与营养调控过程和决定肠道干细胞命运中的作用进行综述,旨在为畜牧生产和临床医学中防控肠道氧化应激相关疾病的应用提供参考。
The intestine is the intersection between the internal and external environment of the body. It is vulnerable to the attack of reactive oxygen species(ROS)induced by harmful stimuli,which results in the imbalance of oxidation/antioxidant system in intestinal cells and leads to the occurrence of intestinal diseases such as inflammation. As the crucial regulatory pathway for cells to resist oxidative damage,Kelch like epichlorohydrin related protein 1(Keap1)/nuclear factor E2 related factor 2(Nrf2)signaling pathway constructs the intestinal oxidative stress defense system through the production of antioxidant enzymes and phaseⅡdetoxification enzymes. Our review summarizes the cascade response of the Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway,as well as its role in regulating intestinal antioxidant capacity,participating in nutritional regulation,and determining the fate of intestinal stem cells,which aim to provide the reference for the application of animal husbandry production and clinical medicine in the preventing intestinal oxidative stress-related diseases.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(5):2839-2846]
