某工业园区污水处理厂改造工程实例 被引量:5

摘要 随着工业园区产业布局的调整和发展,化工废水所占比例不断增加,原园区污水处理厂不满足排放要求。将园区化工废水与生活污水收集管道分开,采用“调节池(事故池)+厌氧水解+AO+二沉池+滤布滤池+臭氧催化氧化”的组合工艺将化工废水预处理后,再与生活污水合并进入原园区污水处理厂。项目改造完成后,化工废水预处理系统在进水满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962-2015)B级的情况下,化工废水COD、NH_(3)-N和TN去除率分别达到43.58%、6.1%和76.14%,B/C比由0.11提升至0.30。该组合工艺年吨水直接运行成本为4.55元。经预处理后的化工废水生化性得到改善,与生活污水合并进入原园区污水处理厂,最终出水稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准。 With the adjustment and development of the industrial enterprise in an industrial park, the scale of chemical wastewater is increasing, and it has caused the original wastewater treatment plant(WWTPs) does not meet the discharge standard. The chemical wastewater is separated from the domestic sewage collection pipeline. The process of “regulating tank(accident tank)+anaerobic hydrolysis+AO+secondary sedimentation tank+cloth media filter+catalytic ozonation” is applied in chemical wastewater pretreatment system. Then the chemical wastewater combined with the domestic sewage into the original WWTPs. After being constructed, the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N and TN are 43.58%,6.1% and 76.14% respectively, and B/C rate rise from 0.11 to 0.30 when the influent meets B level of the Wastewater quality standards for discharge to municipal sewers(GB/T 31962-2015). The average direct operation cost is 4.55 yuan per ton in 2021 year. The biodegradability of the pretreated chemical wastewater is improved. Then the chemical wastewater combined with the domestic sewage into the original WWTPs. Finally, the emission from the original WWTPs stably meets level I of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).
