Research and application of high-performance polyurethane rapid repair materials for mining

摘要 选用聚合MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,PAPI)、一种特殊多元醇、一缩二丙二醇(DPG)及特种扩链剂A为主要原料,采用一步法,开发合成出一种全新的免底涂、快固化聚氨酯修补胶。研究结果表明:采用羟值为0.50 mmol/g的特殊多元醇、m(DPG):m(扩链剂A)=7:3的复合扩链剂,w(除水剂)、w(芳烃油)、w(催化剂A)、w(催化剂B)分别为1.0%、10%、0.3%、0.4%时,所得修补胶的力学性能及黏结性能最好,克服了传统输送带冷补法的缺点;在不使用底涂剂的情况下,其性能达到邵A硬度70、拉断伸长率338%、拉伸强度5.6 MPa、撕裂强度38.1 kN/m、黏结强度5.6 MPa,完全满足使用要求。 Using the polymeric MDI(diphenylmethane diisocyanate,PAPI),a special polyol,dipropylene glycol(DPG)and special chain extender A as main raw materials,a new primer-free and fast curing polyurethane repair adhesive was developed and synthesized by one-step method.The research results show that the best mechanical and adhesive performance of the resulting repair adhesive were obtained when the special polyol with hydroxyl value of 0.5 mmol/g and the compounded chain extender with m(DPG):m(chain extender A)=7:3 were used,the w(dewatering agent),w(aromatic hydrocarbon oil),w(catalyst A),^(catalyst B)are 1.0%,10%,0.3%,0.4% respectively,overcoming the shortcomings of the traditional conveyor belt cold repair method.In the case of without primer,its performance reached Shore A hardness of 70,elongation at break of 338%,tensile strength of 5.6 MPa,tear strength of 38.1 kN/m and bonding strength of 5.6 MPa,fully meeting the requirements of use.
