摘要
针对传统的弧面分度凸轮廓面数控加工工艺的精度低,难以满足当前加工需求的情况,设计了新的数控加工工艺。通过分度凸轮机构设计、工作曲面选取、数控加工误差分析,实现了弧面分度凸轮廓面数控加工。经工艺分析结果表明:设计的数控加工工艺在进给速度和主轴转速方面均优于传统的工艺,设计的工艺加工精度更高,有一定的应用价值.
A new CNC machining process is designed for the traditional CNC machining process of curved surface indexing convex profile with low precision,which is difficult to meet the current machining demand.Through the design of indexing cam mechanism,the selection of working surface and the analysis of CNC machining error,the CNC machining of curved surface indexing convex profile surface is realized.The results of the process analysis show that the designed CNC machining process is better than the traditional process in terms of feed rate and spindle speed,and the designed process has higher machining accuracy and has certain application value.
