摘要 目的优选通癃颗粒的提取工艺。方法以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以毛蕊花糖苷、马钱苷和莫诺苷含量及干膏得率为评价指标,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验优选通癃颗粒的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水,提取3次,每次1.0 h。在此工艺下制备的样品中,毛蕊花糖苷、马钱苷和莫诺苷的平均含量分别为24.78μg/mL和53.92μg/mL,平均干膏得率为17.21%(n=3)。结论该提取工艺稳定、可行,可为通癃颗粒的工业化生产提供参考。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Tonglong Granules.Methods The extraction process of Tonglong Granules was optimized by the L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal test with the amount of water addition,extraction time and extraction times as the investigation factors,with the contents of verbascoside,loganin and morroniside and the dry extract yield rate as the evaluation indexes.Results The optimal extraction process was to add eight times the amount of water and exact for three times with 1.0 h every time.The average contents of verbascoside,loganin and morroniside in the samples prepared through this process were 24.78μg/mL and 53.92μg/mL,and the average dry extract yield rate was 17.21%(n=3).Conclusion The extraction process is stable and feasible,which can provide a reference for the industrial production of Tonglong Granules.
