摘要
以某装备微波暗室环境指标测试为例,介绍了传统的测向精度调试方法,并在实际调试中提出改进方法,通过开发一种专用安装装置,快速完成测向精度指标测试工作,针对传统校准技术进行改进,提出新的校准方法,着重介绍了自动测试系统设计流程,解决某装备指标测试方法效率低下的问题,实践证明通过改进测试方法对装备测向精度测试是非常有意义的。
Taking the environmental index test of a microwave anechoic chamber of an equipment as an example,this paper introduces the traditional DF accuracy debugging method,and puts forward the improvement methods in the actual debugging.By developing a special installation device,the DF accuracy index test work can be completed quickly.Aiming at the improvement of the traditional calibration technology,this paper puts forward new calibration methods,and focuses on introducing the design process of the automatic test system and solve the problem of low efficiency of an equipment index test method,the practice has proved that it is very meaningful for equipment DF accuracy by improving the test method.
