智能变电站视频监控中运动物体检测技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对智能变电站综合监控系统的设备种类多、信息量大以及涉及领域广等特点,文章在智能变电站的基础上,对智能变电站辅助综合监控系统的原理和结构进行研究。深入研究了视频监控子系统中的运动目标检测算法,结合现有检测方法的优缺点,提出了一种改进的基于平均背景的帧间差分方法。通过仿真分析算法改进前后的性能。结果表明,改进后算法性能提升明显,相比于改进前查准率提高了30%、查全率提高41.33%,对辅助监控系统的联动有一定的促进作用。该研究可为我国智能变电站辅助综合监控系统的发展提供参考和借鉴。 According to the characteristics of the intelligent substation integrated monitoring system,such as multiple types of equipment,large amount of information and wide design fields,this paper studies the principle and structure of the intelligent substation auxiliary integrated monitoring system on the basis of the intelligent substation.The algorithm of moving object detection in video monitoring subsystem is studied deeply,combining with the advantages and disadvantages of existing detection methods,an improved frame difference method based on average background is proposed in this paper.The performance of the improved algorithm is analyzed by simulation.The results show that the performance of the improved algorithm is significantly improved,compared with the improved algorithm,the precision is increased by 30%,and the recall is increased by 41.33%,which has a certain promoting effect on the linkage of the auxiliary monitoring system.This study provides reference for the development of the intelligent substation auxiliary integrated monitoring system in China.
