摘要
通过对液压马达在塑机械、船舶、起扬机、建筑机械、工程机械、冶金机械、矿山机械、石油化工、船舶机械和港口机械等领域应用的研究,报告了因液压马达频繁的启停对与其相关的减速机、轴承、轴、传动齿轮等部件造成损坏的现状。针对如何尽量减少因马达频繁启停带来的冲击造成的这种损坏的问题,文章对液压马达柔性驱动技术进行了分析与研究。
Through the research on the application of hydraulic motor in plastic machinery,ships,hoists,construction machinery,engineering machinery,metallurgical machinery,mining machinery,petrochemical industry,marine machinery and port machinery and other fields,this paper reports the current situation of damage caused by frequent start and stop of hydraulic motor to its related speed reducer,bearing,shaft,transmission gear and other components.Aiming at the problem of how to minimize the damage caused by the attack caused by the frequent start and stop of the motor,this paper analyzes and studies the flexible drive technology of hydraulic motor.
