摘要
航空发动机部分轴承钛合金零件需要通过化学镀镍补救尺寸,改善钛合金耐磨性,但化学镀镍层与钛合金的结合力较差。适当的预处理是钛合金表面获得良好化学镀镍层的前提。研究了磷化、微弧氧化、预镀、化学转化等4种预处理工艺对TC4钛合金化学镀镍层沉积速率、结合力及表面形貌的影响,并考察了不同预处理工艺下镀镍层的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明,4种预处理中,化学转化后镀镍层沉积速率最快,可达13.6μm/h,且结合力良好、摩擦因数低至0.5左右。
Some titanium alloy parts of aero-engine bearings need electroless nickel plating to remedy the size and improve the wear resistance of titanium alloys.However,the adhesion between electrolessly plated nickel coating and titanium alloy substrate is poor.Proper pretreatment is the prerequisite for obtaining a good nickel coating by electroless plating on the surface of titanium alloy.The effects of four pretreatment processes i.e.phosphating,micro-arc oxidation,pre-plating,and chemical conversion on the deposition rate,adhesion,and surface morphology of nickel coating electrolessly plated on TC4 titanium alloy were studied,and the frictional wear behavior of the nickel coatings prepared after different pretreatments were studied.The results showed that among the four pretreatments,the chemical conversion resulted in the fastest deposition rate during electroless nickel plating,which reached 13.6μm/h,and the nickel coating prepared thereafter featured a good adhesion and a friction factor as low as about 0.5.
