摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理法在小儿重症护理质控中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月江西省儿童医院收治的90例重症患儿为研究对象,按照患儿入院时间将其分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组患儿收治时间为2019年1月至12月,采用常规护理管理;观察组患儿收治时间2020年1月至12月,采用六西格玛管理法。比较两组的患儿家属护理满意度、临床护理质控成绩及不良护理事件总发生率。结果观察组的患儿家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项护理质控评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿护理期间不良护理事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿重症护理质控中,实施六西格玛管理法能够有效促进小儿重症护理质量的提升,继而促进减少护理工作期间不良护理事件的发生,提升患儿家属满意度,具备临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of six Sigma management method in the quality control of pediatric intensive care.Methods A total of 90 children with severe diseases admitted to Jiangxi Children′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)according to the time of admission.Patients in the control group were admitted from January to December 2019 and received conventional nursing management.The observation group was admitted from January to December 2020,and six Sigma management method was adopted.The nursing satisfaction,clinical nursing quality control results and the total incidence of adverse nursing events were compared between the two groups.Results The family satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All nursing quality control scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the quality control of pediatric critical care,the implementation of six Sigma management method can effectively promote the improvement of pediatric critical care quality,then promote the reduction of adverse nursing events during nursing work,improve the satisfaction of children′s family members,and has the value of clinical application.
