基于在线监测诊断城市排水管网问题研究 被引量:4

Research on diagnosing urban drainage network problems based on online monitoring

摘要 针对排水管网普查难、数据统计分析难等技术难题,本文基于物联网大数据在线监测信息平台,以我国某滨海地区海绵城市建设试点区为研究区域,应用自动分析算法统计分析1 000万余条监测数据,诊断管网雨污混接、外水入流等问题。结果显示,区域共有16处雨水管网排口表现旱季产流现象,其中4个排口存在规律性生活污水进入雨水管网、6处排口疑似污水瞬时偷排进入雨水管网、6处排口无规律性污水或入渗水进入雨水管网,1处滨海排口存在海水潮汐顶托现象。研究表明:在线监测及大数据分析可有效应用于排水管网普查、运行评估及管理维护决策支持方面。 For the technical difficulties such as difficult census of drainage network and difficult statistical analysis of data,based on the IoT big data online monitoring information platform,taking a sponge city construction pilot area in a coastal area of China as the research area,the automatic analysis algorithm is applied to statistically analyze more than 10 million monitoring data and to diagnose the problems of rainwater and sewage mixing in the pipe network and external water entry.The results show that there are 16 regional stormwater pipe network outfalls showing dry season runoff phenomenon,among which 4 outfalls have regular domestic sewage into the stormwater pipe network,6 outfalls are suspected to have transient sewage sneaking into the stormwater pipe network,6 outfalls have no regular sewage or infiltrated water into the stormwater pipe network,and 1 coastal outfall has the phenomenon of seawater tidal backwater.The research shows that online monitoring and big data analysis can be effectively applied to drainage network census,operation evaluation and management and maintenance,and other decision supports.
