摘要
真空袋压成型(VBPM)是一种应用于复杂、大型复合材料零件制造的工艺,因其操作简单、成本低等性能被广泛应用于船舶舰艇、航空航天、风力叶片等制造领域,已成为先进复合材料低成本制备技术的重要发展方向。本文综述了用于VBPM的聚合物种类和成型工艺,详细论述了数值模拟在热固性树脂VBPM树脂流动行为和工艺参数优化等方面的研究进展,重点分析了热塑性树脂VBPM树脂配方、聚合温度、聚合时间等工艺参数对复合材料力学性能的影响机理。介绍了几种新型VBPM技术,并指出了树脂基复合材料VBPM的发展趋势。
Vacuum bag pressure molding(VBPM) is a manufacturing process used in the manufacture of complex, large-scale composite parts, because of its simple operation, low cost and other properties are widely used in ships, aerospace, wind blades and other manufacturing fields, has become an important development direction of low-cost preparation technology for advanced composite materials. This article summarizes the polymer types and molding processes used for VBPM, discusses in detail the research progress of numerical simulation in thermoset resin VBPM resin flow behavior and process parameter optimization, and analyzes the mechanism of influence of thermoplastic resin VBPMresin formula, polymerization temperature, polymerization time and other process parameters on the technical properties of composite materials.Several novel VBPM technologies were introduced, and the development trend of resin-based composite VBPM is pointed out.
