摘要
骨质疏松症的致残、病死风险均较高,骨质大量流失、骨密度降低是导致骨质疏松症发生的主要原因。脂肪细胞因子是一种生物活性物质,主要由脂肪组织分泌,可参与骨关节疾病、代谢性疾病的发生发展过程。脂肪细胞因子的异常表达可引起脂代谢异常,从而破坏成骨细胞与破骨细胞之间的平衡状态,影响骨形成与骨代谢,导致骨密度降低,参与骨质疏松症的发病与进展。但目前临床记录的与骨质疏松症相关的脂肪细胞因子较多,且作用机制也存在差异,因此未来仍需对老年骨质疏松症患者脂肪细胞因子与骨密度的关系进行深入研究,从而为老年骨质疏松症患者的治疗提供新思路。
Osteoporosis has a high risk of disability and death,and a large amount of bone loss and low bone mineral density are the main reasons for the occurrence of osteoporosis.Adipocytokine is a bioactive substance mainly secreted by adipose tissue,which can participate in the occurrence and development of bone and joint diseases,and metabolic diseases.The abnormal expression of adipocytokines can cause abnormal lipid metabolism,which destroys the balance between osteoblasts and osteoclasts,affects bone formation and bone metabolism,leads to the decline of bone mineral density,and participates in the pathogenesis and development of osteoporosis.However,at present,there are many adipocytokines related to osteoporosis in clinical records,and the mechanisms of action are also different.Therefore,the relationship between adipocytokines and bone mineral density in elderly patients with osteoporosis still needs to be deeply studied in the future,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis.
