摘要
随着第四次科技革命的快速推进,经济社会面临转型升级,急需大量高级应用型人才。教育博士(Ed.D)作为教育类高水平应用型创新人才,是建设高素质专业化教师队伍的核心力量。在分析我国教育博士培养现状及存在问题的基础上,提出可通过政治赋权增能教育博士培养目标的“实践性”、制度赋权增能制度的“科学性”、环境赋权增能评价的“多元性”、心理赋权增能资源的“丰富性”等途径,不断提升教育博士培养质量,并推动高质量教育体系顺利建设。
With the rapid progress of the 4^(th) scientific and technological revolution,large numbers of high-level applied professionals are needed as the economy and society face transformation and upgrading.As high-level application-oriented innovative talent in education,doctors of education(Ed.D)are the core force for the development of high-quality professional teacher teams.Based on the analysis of the status quo and the existing problems of Ed.D education,the authors believe that the practical objectives of Ed.D education can be reached by political empowerment;the scientific objectives can be reached by institutional empowerment;the multiple objectives by environmental empowerment;and the rich objectives by psychological empowerment.Through those approaches,the quality of Ed.D education can be constantly improved and the development of a high-quality education system can be further promoted.
