摘要
纺织类基材石墨烯电热膜具有极好的柔韧性,非常适合穿戴类产品。将自制水性石墨烯浆料印刷在纺织类无纺布、针织布基材上成膜,测试其性能发现:导电成分排列致密,形成了很好的导电通道;膜层发热均匀,远红外发射率>90%且波段主要处于4~16μm;耐扭曲性好,满足水洗要求;耐候性优异,适合冬天户外使用。
The graphene electrothermal films have excellent flexibility and are very suitable for wearable products.In this paper,water-based graphene slurry was printed on non-woven fabric substrates and knitted fabric substrates to form a film,whose properties were tested.The study found that the conductive components were so densely arranged as to form a good conductive path and this film generated uniform heat;its far-infrared emissivity was over 90%,with the waveband mainly between 4 to 16μm;it had great torsion resistance to meet the washing requirements.With excellent weather resistance,it was suitable for outdoor use in winter.
