摘要
随着我们国民经济水平的不断提高,国家加大了对基建工程建设的力度,使基建工程的数量不断增多,这也对基建工程管理提出了更高的要求。基建工程在国家整体发展中具有非常重要的作用,但是传统的工程管理模式已经无法满足当前工程管理的需求,许多管理方式需要进行优化和完善。本文对基建工程管理中存在的问题进行分析并提出针对性的改进措施,希望基建工程管理水平的提高提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of our national economic level, the state has strengthened the construction of infrastructure projects, increasing the number of infrastructure projects, which also puts forward higher requirements for infrastructure project management. Infrastructure projects play a very important role in the overall development of the country, but the traditional project management mode has been unable to meet the needs of current project management, and many management methods need to be optimized and improved. This paper analyzes the problems existing in capital construction project management and puts forward targeted improvement measures, hoping to provide reference for the improvement of capital construction project management level.
