摘要
中药产业作为云南经济发展的重要产业,在实施生态保护、扶贫、乡村振兴等战略中发挥着重要作用。科学评价中药产业的竞争力,对于明确各地区中药产业发展的优劣势,巩固竞争优势,制定产业未来发展战略具有重要意义。然而,如何分析和评价国内、省内中药资源丰富地区的中药产业发展优劣势和竞争力,还缺乏相应的架构和评价指标体系。本文在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,运用钻石模型分析架构,以文山三七产业发展为研究对象,从生产要素、需求条件、相关和支持产业、企业组织以及机会和政府等6个一级指标对文山三七产业发展进行分析,结合实地调研数据,构建13个二级指标,27个三级指标,从而以文山三七产业为例构建云南中药产业竞争力评价指标体系,为云南中药产业发展提供决策依据。
As an important industry of Yunnan’s economic development,the traditional Chinese medicine industry plays an important role in the implementation of strategies such as ecological protection,poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Scientific evaluation of the competitiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine industry is of great significance to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in various regions,consolidate the competitive advantages and formulate the future development strategy of the industry.However,how to analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages and competitiveness of the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in domestic and provincial regions rich in traditional Chinese medicine resources is lack a corresponding structure and evaluation index system.In reference based on existing research results,this paper uses the diamond model analysis framework,the development of Wenshan Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma industry as the research object,from the production factors,demand conditions,related and supporting industries,enterprise organizations,opportunities,and government,six primary indexes of Wenshan Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma industry development is analyzed,combining with the field survey data,build 13 secondary indicators,27 tertiary indicators,Thus,taking Wenshan Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma industry as an example,the evaluation index system of Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine industry competitiveness is constructed to provide decision-making basis for the development of Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine industry.
