摘要
皮肤癣菌病是一种常见于动物的浅表性真菌性皮肤病,其病原真菌种类繁多,在兽医临床中对病原真菌进行准确的种属鉴定具有重要意义。内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)作为非编码区域,一般在种内高度保守,在不同真菌种间则具有序列多态性。分析ITS序列可将真菌鉴定到种水平,在动物皮肤癣菌的分类鉴定中得到广泛应用。文章就ITS序列的结构特点及其在常见动物皮肤癣菌分类鉴定中的应用展开综述,为相关研究及应用提供参考。
Dermatophytosis is a superficial fungal skin disease commonly found in animals.There are many species of pathogenic fungi.It is of great significance to accurately identify pathogenic fungi in veterinary clinics.Internal transcribed spacer(ITS),as a non-coding region,is generally highly conserved within species and has sequence polymorphisms among different fungal species.Analysis of ITS sequences can identify fungi to the species level,and has been widely used in the classification and identification of animal dermatophytes.The article reviews the structural characteristics of ITS sequences and their application in the classification and identification of common animal dermatophytes,providing references for related research and applications.
