摘要
目的:探讨低温等离子灭菌技术对超声穿刺架的损耗及对超声穿刺架损耗情况的影响。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年5月超声引导下穿刺活检术所应用的2种超声穿刺架为研究对象,依据超声穿刺架材质的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组为塑料超声穿刺架,观察组为不锈钢超声穿刺架。对使用后的超声穿刺架全部应用低温等离子灭菌技术进行灭菌处理,比较两组超声穿刺架损耗情况(穿刺架变形、穿刺架有毛刺、穿刺架断裂)及灭菌前后污染值。结果:两组损耗率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组清洗后的污染值及污染前后降低值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组各项灭菌质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组返洗率与干燥合格率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低温等离子灭菌技术应用期间,无论是对金属还是塑料材质的穿刺架都基本无耗损,且灭菌成功率较高,技术先进,能够在临床塑料和金属材质灭菌中广泛应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma sterilization on the loss of ultrasonic puncture frame and its influence on the loss of ultrasonic puncture frame.Methods:Two kinds of ultrasound puncture racks used in ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the objects of this study.According to the different materials of the ultrasonic puncture frame,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was a plastic ultrasonic puncture frame,and the observation group was a stainless steel ultrasonic puncture frame.All ultrasonic puncture racks after use were sterilized by low-temperature plasma sterilization technology,and the wear conditions of the two groups of ultrasonic puncture racks(deformation of the puncture rack,burr of the puncture rack,fracture of the puncture rack),and pollution values before and after sterilization were compared.Results:There was no difference in the wastage rate between the two groups(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in the pollution value after cleaning and the comparison of the reduction value before and after the pollution(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in the sterilization quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of backwashing and the qualified rate of drying(P>0.05).Conclusion:During the application of low temperature plasma sterilization technology,both metal and plastic puncture racks are basically free of wear,and the sterilization success rate is high,and the technology is advanced,which can be widely used in clinical disinfection and sterilization of various materials.
