摘要
鄂尔多斯市西北能源化工有限责任公司合成气净化系统中,出CO_(2)吸收塔的净化气量逐步上升并于2 h后超标,同时引起低温甲醇洗装置净化气中CO_(2)含量超标;分析了CO_(2)含量超标的原因,并对CO_(2)含量超标过程中导致生产运行指标异常的原因进行逐一排查,最终判定为贫甲醇冷却器绕管换热器泄漏造成的。详细分析了其泄漏原因,并提出了相应的处理措施,解决了低温甲醇洗装置净化气中CO_(2)含量超标的问题,同时采取了预防措施。
In the Ordos city northwest energy chemical limited liability company syngas purification system,the amount of purified gas in the CO_(2) absorption tower(C-2201)gradually increased and exceeded the standard after 2 hours.At the same time,it causes the CO_(2) in the purified gas of the low temperature methanol washing system to exceed the standard.To analyze the reason of CO_(2) exceeding the standard,and the abnormal phenomena of production operation index in the process of CO_(2) exceeding the standard are checked and analyzed one by one.The final judgment is caused by the leakage of E2209 spiral-wound heat exchanger.The causes of E2209 leakage are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.The problem of over-standard the CO_(2) in the purified gas of the low temperature methanol washing system was solved,and the preventive measures were taken.
