摘要
海洋生态文明建设是生态文明建设的重要内容。习近平高度重视海洋生态文明建设,经过福建时期--浙江时期--上海时期--中央时期四个历史阶段,逐步形成了具有中国特色的海洋生态文明观。习近平海洋生态文明观是一个完备的理论体系,主要包括海洋生态战略地位观、海洋生态系统治理观、海洋生态绿色发展观、海洋生态法治建设观及海洋生态全球合作观五维理论意蕴。习近平海洋生态文明观从根本立场、实践方法和价值目标三个角度出发,坚持“以人民为中心”的价值取向。
Marine ecological civilization construction is an important part of ecological civilization construction.Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the construction of marine ecological civilization,and gradually forms the concept of marine ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics through the four historical stages of Fujian-Zhejiang-Shanghai-the central government.Xi Jinping’s view of marine ecological civilization is a complete theoretical system,which mainly includes the five-dimensional theoretical implications of the strategic position of marine ecology,the governance of marine eco-system,the green development concept of marine ecology,the rule of law construction of marine ecology and the global cooperation concept of marine ecology.It adheres to the“people-centered”value orientation from the three perspectives of fundamental position,practical method and value goal.
