摘要
为了改善山西某热电机组采用无烟煤,W形火焰锅炉的特性,结合机组实际情况和电网考核指标算法,在保证机组运行稳定的前提下,设计了协调AGC指令、汽机主控、锅炉主控以及涉及的燃烧子系统和给水的自动控制优化方案。在机组实际投入ACE模式下,解决机组协调控制系统品质差的原因,并实现负荷变化的快速响应。现场运行表明,优化后的电网考核指标证明了该方案可有效提高同类型机组在电网ACE模式的竞争力。
In order to improve the characteristics of the anthracite,W-shaped flame boiler used in a thermal power unit in Shanxi,combined with the actual conditions of the unit and the grid evaluation index algorithm,under the premise of ensuring the stable operation of the unit,the coordinated AGC command,the main control of the steam turbine,the main control of the boiler and the related Optimized scheme for automatic control of combustion subsystem and water supply.When the unit is actually put into the ACE mode,the reasons for the poor quality of the unit's coordinated control system are solved,and rapid response to load changes is achieved.The on-site operation shows that the optimized power grid evaluation index proves that the scheme can effectively improve the competitiveness of the same type of units in the ACE mode of the power grid.
