摘要
为满足股骨髁动态疲劳性能测试应用需求,通过采用动态疲劳强度描述股骨髁动态疲劳性能,并根据其动态疲劳性能测试原理,提出一种基于动态疲劳机的股骨髁动态疲劳自动分析系统,同时从硬件选型和软件设计两个方面完成了所提方法测试系统的搭建,实现了股骨髁动态疲劳性能自动分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法在PT模式下可实现静态匀速加载和动态实时力控,且控制误差精度小于2%,满足设计需求,具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to meet the application requirements of dynamic fatigue performance test of femoral condyle,by using dynamic fatigue strength to describe the dynamic fatigue performance of femoral condyle,and according to its dynamic fatigue performance test principle,a dynamic fatigue automatic analysis system of femoral condyle based on dynamic fatigue machine is proposed.At the same time,the construction of the proposed method test system is completed from two aspects of hardware selection and software design,and the automatic analysis of dynamic fatigue performance of femoral condyle is realized.The simulation results show that the proposed method can realize static uniform loading and dynamic real-time force control in PT mode,and the control error accuracy is less than 2%,which meets the design requirements and has certain practical application value.
