摘要
科学技术迅猛发展的今天,逐渐研发出了很多先进的工程施工设备,DJ-180架桥机是其中较为常见的一种。该设备具有结构精简,操作简单,安全性较高,施工速度较快,施工荷载较低,受到外界环境因素的影响较小等,因而被广泛应用到现代道岔梁施工工程中,为铁路工程的建设奠定了良好基础。文章通过对DJ-180架桥机的结构与性能参数的简单介绍,进而以某工程作为研究对象,对DJ-180架桥机架设道岔梁施工技术展开了探讨,之后以此为基础,提出了施工安全保障措施,为道岔梁施工更好的建设提供支持。
With the rapid development of science and technology today,many advanced engineering construction equipment has been gradually developed,and the DJ-180 bridge erecting machine is one of the more common ones.Because of the simple structure,simple operation,high safety,fast construction speed,low construction load,and less influence by external environmental factors,the equipment is widely used in modern turnout beam construction projects,which is a railway project.The construction has laid a good foundation.Based on this,this paper briefly introduces the structure and performance parameters of the DJ-180 bridge erection machine,and then takes a project as the research object to discuss the construction technology of the DJ-180 bridge erection machine to install the turnout beam,and then based on this,put forward construction safety measures to provide support for better construction of turnout beam construction.
