有效提升师范生的核心素养——基于工作坊的高等师范教育教学模式初探 被引量:1

摘要 目前,随着产出导向的素养教育改革运动不断深入,学生的核心素养研究及其培育逐渐引起关注。该研究从核心素养基本概念、起源等学生核心素养理念入手,初步厘清了师范生核心素养维度,据此,基于工作坊,并与传统教学模式相结合,借助建构主义,不断在课堂创设浓厚的职业情景化气氛,设计和开展丰富的学习活动,逐渐改变了传统去情景化的课堂教学模式,实现了教师角色、课程、教学、评价的转变和重构,促进了师范生核心素养的提高。 With the deepening of the output oriented literacy education reform movement,the research and cultivation of students’key competencies have gradually attracted attention.Starting with the basic concept and origin of key competencies,this study preliminarily clarifies the dimensional framework of normal students’key competencies.Therefore,based on the workshop and combined with the traditional teaching mode,with the help of constructivism,this study constantly creates a strong professional situational atmosphere in the classroom,designs and carries out rich learning activities,gradually changes the traditional situational classroom teaching mode,and realizes the transformation and reconstruction of the role,curriculum,teaching and evaluation of teachers,It promotes the improvement of normal students’key competencies.
