摘要
目的探讨急诊急性一氧化碳中毒患者迟发性脑病发生情况。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月安阳市人民医院接诊的129例急性一氧化碳中毒患者作为研究对象,统计急诊急性一氧化碳中毒患者迟发性脑病发生情况,设计基线资料表,找出急诊急性一氧化碳中毒患者迟发性脑病发生相关因素。结果129例急性一氧化碳中毒患者中有40例发生迟发性脑病,发生率为31.01%;发生组昏迷时间、急性期中毒程度、贫血、C反应蛋白(CRP)与未发生组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经logistic回归结果显示,昏迷时间长、急性期中重度中毒、贫血、CRP高是急诊急性一氧化碳中毒患者迟发性脑病发生的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论急诊急性一氧化碳中毒患者迟发性脑病发生可能受到昏迷时间长、急性期中重度中毒、贫血、CRP高等因素影响。
Objective To explore the occurrence of delayed encephalopathy in emergency patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods A total of 129 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to Anyang People's Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The occurrence of delayed encephalopathy in emergency patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning was counted.Baseline data sheet was designed,and the related factors of delayed encephalopathy in emergency patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were analyzed.Results Among 129 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning,40 cases had delayed encephalopathy,the incidence rate was 31.01%.There were differences in coma time,acute poisoning degree,anemia and C-reactive protein(CRP)between the occurrence group and the non occurrence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression results showed that long coma time,moderate and severe acute poisoning,anemia and high CRP were the influencing factors of delayed encephalopathy in emergency patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of delayed encephalopathy in emergency patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning may be affected by long coma time,moderate and severe acute poisoning,anemia and CRP.
