摘要
基层军医参加住院医师规范化培训尚处于试点阶段,亟需探索符合其任职能力需求的培训方法。空军特色医学中心从基层实际需求出发,紧贴军事医学环境,将外科住院医师规范化培训与野战外科教学相结合,组织野战外科情境模拟训练和考核,达到了培养合格基层部队住院医师和提高基层卫勤保障能力的目的,为建设具有军事医学特色的军队执业医师规范化培训制度提供了依据。
The standardized training of residents for basic-level military doctors is still in experimental stage.It’s necessary to explored the routes for basic-level military doctors to take part in the standardized training from the actual needs competency training.By closely following the military medical environment,and associating standardized surgical training with field surgical training,we helped to train qualified military resident doctors and improve the medical support ability of the whole military troops.The basic level military doctors who participated in the standardized training of resident doctors not only improved their professional quality,but also improved their field surgical treatment ability and their surgical service ability.This practice provided basis for establishing the standardized training system of military medical practitioners with the characteristics of military medicine.
